BlackRock Alternative Advisors — manages assets across absolute return, private capital and hybrid strategies for a broadly diversified, global client base. The unified operating platform combines expertise, resources and capabilities across asset classes, in addition to leveraging resources within BlackRock’s broad infrastructure and global investment teams.

Real Estate — manages private real estate debt and equity in the U.S., Europe, Australia and Asia. Investments span a wide range of strategies, including core, value-add and opportunistic equity and high-yield debt, for a premier list of institutional and private investors.

Corporate Ventures — identifies and executes on investment or acquisition opportunities using BlackRock proprietary capital. Most transactions involve a strategic relationship with BlackRock or BlackRock clients, which provides a unique advantage as an investor/ buyer.

Alternative Investments hires professionals with industry experience and undergraduates just entering the workforce. Industry professionals come from a wide range of backgrounds.
