Analyst and Associates
Students who will be graduating with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA or PhD degree are eligible for our Analyst/Associate Program(me) -  a two-year curriculum.  Both program(me)s commence with a two-week orientation.
 
All full-time program(me) participants attend a first-class, specialized training program(me) led by outstanding managers and geared toward a specific business group. Institutionalized core training sessions provide a thorough overview of the organization, the financial markets and BlackRock’s strategic positioning in the marketplace.

Program(me) participants will continue to benefit from ongoing customized investment management training opportunities, including skill-based education, for the duration of the program(me). Analysts in the UK also receive preparation for the Investment Management Certification (IMC) exam within first three months, and continuous study support to achieve the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.

Summer Internship Program(me)
Our Summer Internship Program(me) is designed to provide high potential college students like you with a challenging, meaningful and supportive opportunity to learn about finance and asset management and gain valuable “hands on” experience. Our goal is to identify qualified students who are interested in becoming BlackRock Analysts and Associates upon graduation.

The 10-week assignment offers penultimate year students mentoring, networking and social events that offer opportunities to meet other summer interns and BlackRock professionals in an informal setting, a team portfolio competition and a senior speaker series designed to provide exposure to various areas within the organization.
