At BlackRock, we realize that the skills veterans build while in service - integrity, work-ethic, leadership, etc. – can be integral to a variety of positions within our firm. Our firm has always proudly supported veteran hiring, but for the first time this year we are taking steps to establish a formal, actionable veteran recruiting program.
Coming soon, we’re also excited to announce the BlackRock Veterans Network (BVN), a fully-functioning and internally governed network much like WIN, MCN and others already in existence. In the meantime, if you know a veteran who would be a good fit for one of our open roles, please submit his/her resume and look for us as recruiting fairs.
