BlackRock Vice Chairman Sue Wagner has once again been named one of FORTUNE magazine’s "50 Most Powerful Women in Business." This year, she joins the top 20 at No. 19. Sue debuted on this list in 2009 at No. 33 and appeared at No. 26 last year.

This issue, on newsstands now, includes the 13th annual list of women who are leaders of global companies. The award considers four criteria: the size and importance of the company in the global economy, the health and direction of the business, the arc of the individual’s career, and societal and cultural influence.
